AmeriGas's US guidance says eligible customers can enroll in Automatic Delivery at no additional enrollment cost. It estimates tank level using usage, appliances and weather, then schedules delivery. Who monitors the tank under a Will Call propane offer?
AmeriGas's US Will Call option makes the customer responsible for checking tank level and requesting delivery at 30%–40%. Requests can be online or by phone. Suggested practice: explain that responsibility before promoting the option; a Will Call account is not an automatic delivery commitment.
