Does a WaterAid cost example purchase a particular well or item?

WaterAid America's FAQ says it prefers general unrestricted funding rather than asking supporters to fund individual items. Website cost examples illustrate possible uses. Large gifts can be linked to a country program or project, with subsequent updates. Explain the actual arrangement; an illustration is not an item purchase or allocation guarantee.

charity: water says its public-gift model depends on separate funding for operations, including private donors and selected corporate gifts. WaterAid America instead describes unrestricted program funding. Can WaterAid America's donation page promise the same digital payment options everywhere?

WaterAid America's FAQ offers one-time and recurring gifts, but says Venmo appears for U.S. users or users paying in USD. It also describes mobile wallet options dependent on location and browser. State the relevant U.S. giving route and checkout conditions; a displayed option is not proof that a payment succeeded.
